What does the job look like?
The purpose of the HR Program Coordinator is to support the administration of Leadership & Professional Development (LPD) programs across Australia and New Zealand, so they meet their intended learning objectives while running smoothly and seamlessly. The HR Program Coordinator’s role is dynamic and will support the Leadership and Development (L&D) team to deliver their service offerings and assist to position them as the principal LPD programs used to Grow our Own talent and foster a culture of continuous adaptive learning across the Enterprise.
To be successful in this role, you have worked in an administration or HR/Learning and Development division of a company where you have been able to work closely with key stakeholders to promote and administer the OD/HR offerings i.e., programs, workshops, short courses.
You would have provided coordination and logistical support in the set up and the running of online live events/webinars; managed data and events in a program/portal ensuring accurate records are maintained and created/scheduled monthly reporting for key stakeholders and leaders.
Are you the one?
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an administration or HR/L&D role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Project
- Previous experience in the development of employee assessment processes such as 360-degree surveys and psychometric testing, including report generation and register maintenance.
- Previous working experience in adult learning (preferred but not necessary)
