What does the job look like?

Reporting directly to the General Manager Security, Australia / New Zealand, the role will support implementing the relevant Linfox security related policies and underlying Values by undertaking operational activities across the Organisation. This role works collaboratively with managers from all Linfox Business Units to manage and minimise security threats and vulnerabilities (including investigations), risk mitigation and minimisation, engagement, and personnel security.

You will provide timely responses to security related incidents including commencement of investigations at the earliest opportunity on behalf of Linfox; Conduct regular site risk and security evaluations in the form of audit reporting and contribute to identifying continual improvement practices for the development of ongoing operational efficiencies

We have (2) roles to be based in QLD and either SA or WA.

Are you the one?

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Tertiary educated in a Security Management, Risk Management or a business discipline – preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a security management, law enforcement or workplace/industrial relations role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Significant experience working within a standards-based compliance and assurance management system.
  • Investigations experience within a commercial or law enforcement environment including expertise applying ER/IR/WR principles to the investigation’s environment.
  • Well-developed negotiating and influencing skills
