We’re currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join our team at Essendon Fields. This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone wishing to grow in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with hiring managers to uncover their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen and conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring we find the perfect match for each role
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet Linfox's standards.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
What we are looking for:
No two days are the same in our business, and the role requires agility, resilience, flexibility, pragmatism, customer focus, and a strong work ethic. You are driven by quality and enjoy working in a large organisation, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, specifically in blue collar/trade industry or agency focus
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); HRIS experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
