What does the job look like?
We’re currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join our team at Essendon Fields. This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure compliance with Linfox standards.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks.

- Previous experience in talent acquisition, ideally in blue-collar/trade or agency settings.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
