What does the job look like?

A fantastic full time opportunity waits for an experienced and dedicated Forklift Operator looking to take the next step in their career. This role is based in Glendenning and involves loading/unloading large timber packs for one of our key customers. You will be responsible for ensuring all loading activity runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a day shift role working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm with potential overtime as required. Key areas:

• Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
• Carrying out picking, receipting, inventory and stock control 
• Counterbalance forklift operation loading/unloading trucks and containers.
• Loading and unloading goods from pallets or storage racks
• Operate independently and contribute actively as a team member.

• Current LF forklift licence & own reliable transport
• Prior experience working as a team leader/supervisor 
• Experience with excel and basic spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Organisational skills & high attention to detail
