What does the job look like?

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HC driver to join our high-performing team in permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient single trailer bulk fuel deliveries across the Melbourne metro area.

You will work on a rotating 13 shift roster with 12 hour shifts, with both morning and evening start times to suit a rotating roster. Comprehensive training is provided through a 6–8 week buddy system, tailored to your experience level. The role focuses on safety, accurate fuel handling and providing a great experience at every delivery. Key areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
• Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
• Load and unload safely to ensure accurate deliveries
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Work within Chain of Responsibility requirements and relevant transport legislation

Are you the one?

You are an experienced heavy vehicle driver who leads with safety and takes pride in doing the job right. You bring:

• A current HC licence with Melbourne metro driving experience
• A valid Dangerous Goods (DG) licence and preferably a Safe Load Pass (SLP)
• Current fuel terminal inductions (highly regarded)
• The ability to manage rotating shifts and fatigue safely
• Strong communication skills and a customer focused mindset
