What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking a personable and proactive Key Account Coordinator to join our team based in Kewdale on a Permanent Full-time basis. This client-facing role supports the Key Account Manager and acts as a key conduit between Linfox and our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for coordinating customer communications, preparing business review packs, and supporting operational and administrative functions across a high-profile portfolio. Key areas:

  • Prepare and coordinate Quarterly Business Review (QBR) packs, monthly review packs, and KPI reports.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly customer communications and meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact for WA-based customers, supporting day-to-day queries and service needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on rates, bookings, collections, and other operational matters.
  • Support the Key Account Manager with administrative tasks and customer engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of presentation decks and ensure timely delivery of customer-facing materials.

Are you the one?

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving ability – able to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or support role (essential).
  • Background in operations or logistics (desirable but not essential).
