What does the job look like?

As a Transport Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Administration Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including payroll preparation, data entry, invoicing, payments, and customer service. This will be a permanent day shift role based at our Erskine Park Site. Key areas:

  • Process run sheets, daily data entry, and maintain billing documents
  • Manage payroll, invoicing, and payments for contractors and suppliers
  • Check and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
  • Provide efficient customer service and resolve queries promptly
  • Assist with financial reporting and weekly KPI reports
  • Support safety initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment

Are you the one?

Your commitment to meeting deadlines, maintaining high standards, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders will be essential to your success. You can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with in Transport and Logistics
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong customer service focus and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented approach and willingness to support others
  • SAP and Kronos knowledge (desirable)
