What does the job look like?

Our Intermodal Business Unit have a 12 month max-term contract opportunity for an experienced Transport/Logistics Administrator to join our team in Regency Park, South Australia. In your new role as an Operations Processing Coordinator you will play an essential part in ensuring smooth running of site administration in line with customer requirements. This is a full-time day shift position working Tuesday - Saturday commencing at 6:00am. Key areas:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing orders, resolving service issues, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain efficient site administration, including daily reporting, payroll processing, and document management such as PODs, run sheets & manifests 
  • Support financial operations through accurate reconciliation, invoice processing, and participation in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support the branch’s transition towards digital freight networks 
  • Assist with load planning for key customers 
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure any service issues are resolved efficiently

Are you the one?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within the transport industry
  • System knowledge of SAP, MT Data, MS Excel, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Prior experience processing payroll and financial related administration 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills
