What does the job look like?

Join Linfox as an Contract Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading a team of Shift Supervisors. You’ll be responsible for site management, safety, compliance, financial performance, and building strong client relationships. Reporting to the NSW Transport Manager, you’ll play a key role in continuous improvement and customer service. This role will day shift and based in Erskine Park.  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site operations and scheduling
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards
  • Lead and develop a team, ensuring training and competency
  • Drive financial performance, manage costs, and present weekly P&L results
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, meeting regularly to discuss performance and improvements
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage human resources, industrial relations, and site compliance
