The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to join our ArmSec team. This role provides critical support across finance, administration, and office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and compliance with internal policies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable:
    • Raise and distribute invoices for services including fleet technician charge-outs, locksmith services, CCTV projects, and training
    • Liaise with Shared Services and Credit Controller to ensure timely collections
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Process supplier invoices across multiple service lines
    • Maintain vendor records and resolve payment queries with suppliers and Shared Services
  • National Police Check Administration:
    • Coordinate checks with accredited agencies
    • Verify identity documents and manage secure storage of results
  • Office & Project Support:
    • Generate reports using Power BI
    • Support project administration and order office supplies
  • Other Accounting Support:
    • Conduct revenue assurance checks and rate verification
    • Assist with other finance-related administrative tasks as required

 

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in finance operations, ideally within a corporate or shared services environment
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, including journal entries, invoice processing, and reconciliations
  • Demonstrated capability in payroll-related accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Proficiency in bank account reconciliations, inventory management and month-end reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
