What does the job look like?

Bevchain's business unit currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and efficient AM Load Allocator to join their team, located in Kemps Creek NSW. As a part of this role, you will be required to roster and manage fleet drivers, ensure effective planning, communication and maximum fleet utilisation. You will also support initiatives for driver welfare whilst providing exceptional high-standard service to our customer. We currently have a Permanent Full-time position available, working Monday to Friday. Hours start from 5am and finish at 1.00pm. Our site operates 6 days a week and the ability to be flexible is a must, as needed or required. Key areas:

  • Planning and allocation of daily tasks and services utilising our company and contractor fleet effectively
  • Record and maintain daily reports to ensure timely service deliveries.
  • Conduct safety inspections, ensure routine servicing and maintenance of fleet.
  • Effectively communicate with our customer, internal stakeholders and the greater warehouse team.
  • Adhere to strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, and guidelines.
  • Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

  • Prioritise and manage the daily workload in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Co-ordinate routes in the system using TMS software
  • Able to adapt to software and technology.
  • Have a proactive approach and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar preferred yet not essential.
