- Proven leadership or supervisory experience within transport, logistics or a similar operational environment
- Rail industry experience (highly regarded, but not essential — training can be provided)
- A proactive mindset with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence to make decisions, manage issues and lead from the front
- A genuine passion for safety, people development and continuous improvement
