What does the job look like?

We’re looking for multiple experienced High Reach Forklift Operators on Day shift (6:00am starts) to join our warehouse team in Marsden Park. Our team is a welcoming space where everyone can thrive. We celebrate different cultures, languages, and life experiences. Key responsibilities:

• Operating high reach forklifts to put away, replenish, and retrieve stock from racking (handling heavy industrial and paint products).
• Handling freight in accordance with Linfox Safety Procedures, including dangerous goods awareness and compliance.
• Managing receiving operations, including unloading inbound freight, checking documentation, and allocating stock to the correct locations.
  
• Performing dispatch operations, including pallet staging, load preparation, and outbound freight coordination.
  
• Picking, packing, and preparing freight to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
  
• Conducting RF scanning to ensure stock accuracy and real‑time inventory updates.

• A valid LF forklift license (High Reach experience essential)
  
• Confidence working in a high‑bay racking environment
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms

• Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking
  
• A team player with a can-do attitude
