What does the job look like?

We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced counterbalance forklift operator to join our high-performing team in Chullora, Sydney. This role will be responsible for supporting our day to day operations including loading/unloading trucks, staging pallets, consolidating freight and general storeperson duties. We have a permanent day shift role available working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm plus reasonable overtime. Key areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
  
• Counterbalance forklift operation 
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
  
• General crossdocking duties including staging orders and maintaining a tidy workspace
  
• Thriving in a fast-paced, team environment

Are you the one?

• Hold a valid LF forklift license (counterbalance experience essential)
  
• Loading and unloading freight with confidence
  
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms
  
• Very safety conscious and be able to adhere to company policies and procedures
  
• Access to reliable transport
  
• Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking
  
• A team player with a can-do attitude
