What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced AM Warehouse Supervisor to join our high-performing team based in Kemps Creek, NSW. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the morning shift, leading a large team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining strong operational standards, and ensuring all contracted outcomes are achieved in a cost-effective and compliant manner. You’ll play a key role in building a positive team culture while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

Shift: Monday to Friday, typically 5:00am – 1:30pm, with a requirement to work every second Saturday as part of the roster.

  • Supervise and coordinate all AM warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive outcomes
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive engagement and performance outputs
  • Monitor daily KPIs and contribute to weekly performance reporting
  • Uphold high standards of safety, housekeeping, and WHS compliance
  • Lead daily pre-shift briefings and set clear expectations for the team
  • Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse
  • Work collaboratively within a unionised environment, ensuring adherence to site agreements and fostering positive, constructive working relationships with union representatives

We’re looking for an energetic and capable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage a large team to deliver outstanding results.

  • Experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team engagement skills
  • Experience operating in a unionised environment, with an understanding of enterprise agreements and industrial relations practices
  • Experience using WMS systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
  • Sound knowledge of WHS with a genuine commitment to safety
  • High attention to detail and a strong customer-focused mindset
