What does the job look like?
As an Operational Analyst, you will support the business by delivering data-driven insights that improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. This role bridges operational execution and analytics, enabling informed decision-making across operations and commercial teams.

Key areas:

  • Deliver operational and financial reporting including KPI tracking, DIFOT reporting and customer reporting packs
  • Analyse and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support operational and capital projects through data analysis, modelling and performance tracking
  • Review operational processes and reporting workflows to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business case development

Are you the one?
You are a detail-oriented analyst with strong commercial acumen and a passion for using data to drive operational performance in a complex environment.

You can demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Commerce, Business or related field
  • Experience in operational, logistics or business data analysis
  • Strong capability in data modelling, financial analysis and translating insights into actionable outcomes
  • Experience with SAP and/or Power BI (desirable)
  • Understanding of accounting principles and commercial drivers
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment
