What does the job look like?

The Linfox Driver Academy WA, based in Hazelmere, is seeking enthusiastic and safety-focused individuals to join our Perth Metro Pickup and Delivery team as a Van Driver.

This is an opportunity to start your transport career with Linfox and follow a structured pathway towards obtaining your HR, HC and MC licences. Over time, successful participants will progress through larger vehicle classes with the long-term goal of becoming professional triple road train drivers.

Initially you would work Monday – Friday, shifts starting at 6am.

• Structured Driver Academy pathway from Car Licence through to MC
• Linfox-supported licence upgrades and on-the-job training
• Buddy trainer support and mentoring from experienced drivers
• Genuine long-term career opportunities within the transport industry

Are you the one?

You don't need heavy vehicle experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.

You can demonstrate:

• Current and valid C Class driver's licence
• Strong safety focus and willingness to follow procedures
• Enjoy working independently and being on the road
• Commitment to learning and developing new skills
• Interest in building a long-term career as a professional driver
