What does the job look like?
This 18-month max-term contract offers the opportunity to play a key role in one of Linfox's most significant business transformation initiatives. As a Business Analyst – Enterprise Transformation, you'll help redesign and modernise critical business processes, working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance and Technology stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy and customer outcomes.
Key areas:
- Analyse and improve end-to-end business processes across multiple business units
- Gather, validate and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and engagement
- Develop future-state process maps, business requirements and user stories to support solution delivery
- Support system implementation activities, including testing, reconciliation and business readiness activities
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical automation and optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with project, technology and change teams to drive successful business outcomes

You can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering business transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects
- Success redesigning manual processes and implementing automated or scalable business solutions
- Strong understanding of commercial, operational, financial or enterprise business processes
- Experience translating business requirements into clear actions for project and technology teams
- Capability to analyse large datasets, validate results and identify root causes of issues
- Exposure to logistics, transport, warehousing, supply chain or operational environments is highly regarded
