What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal are seeking a Transport Coordinator who will play a crucial role in our team based in East Arm, Darwin. This motivated individual will be ensuring that transport deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner and in line with Linfox safety and compliance guidelines. With your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask you will be processing driver run sheets, uploading POD’s and utilising SharePoint amongst other administrative tasks. We currently have a day shift opportunity available working Monday to Friday starting 7am to 3:30pm. Key areas: 

• Communicating with drivers/other teams to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD’s and compliance.
• Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams daily

Are you the one?

• Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
• Previous knowledge within the rail transport industry favourable
• Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective service
• Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience using Blue Yonder, SAP & MS Excel will be highly regarded.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures.
